以直报怨?以德报怨?还是报应

佛家说,善有善报,恶有恶报;不是不报,时辰未到

行动党很可能做梦也没有想到,推出一个年轻的新候选人,竟然在网际网络上造成轰动。行动党一向都能控制媒体,要刊登什么,主流媒体就照办。万万没有想到网际网络上却不是如此一个玩法。因为,能发表意见的人太多了,想要制止的唯一方法,就是把网际网络关掉。但是,这么做影响深远,对新加坡的国际形象不好。真是风水轮流转,网民们以其人之道,还治其人之身,在网际网络上把行动党修理得够惨的了。

行动党新候选人陈佩玲最近成了网上红人。早报报道,虽然年仅27,但陈佩玲并不觉得自己太嫩,反而认为这是她的本钱,自认有朝气和潜力,能为新加坡作出更大的贡献。。但是, 网上传的不是她的精力、青春和积极的心态,而是有关她私生活,她的照片,她的丈夫,她的(前任男)朋友,等等的故事。针对这件事,她自己也说:被别人攻击是不可避免的,这也是社交媒体的特点之一。人们可以有疑问,但我希望我能有机会证明自己有能力为选民服务,做好自己的工作。

到底是以直报怨还是以德报怨。这出自两位大哲学家。以德报怨来自老子。老子之言出於《道德經》,老子:「大小多少(指仇恨),報怨以德。」

以直报怨还则来自孔子。孔子之言則出於《論語》,有人問孔子:「以德報怨,何如?」孔子回答說:「何以報德?以直報怨,以德報德。」

老子叫你放下仇恨,人家对你不好,不要怨怨相报,还之以德。孔子则不是这样,人家对你不好,你要正面正直的面对(反击),人家对你好,你就对人家更好。

想想看,我们可没有老子的胸怀。新加坡是所谓的奉行儒家教条的国家,李资政更把孔子的人身塑像放在办公室里,看来我们是选择以直报怨了。李资政做事的原则,和对付反对他意见的人,所奉行的标准就是以直报怨。因此,今天,网际网络的流言蜚语也是这种写照的反映。

有些博客挺身而出,为陈佩玲抱不平,说我们的选举不应该做出这样低级,下流的评论,不应该做人身攻击。事实上,新加坡选民大多数都是希望有个干净的选举气氛,冷静的看看反对党,行动党的竞选宣言。但是,每一届的大选,都会出现抹黑反对党的新闻。试问,网民不该这么做,难道主流媒体就可以这么做吗? 这不是另一个只许州官放火,不许百姓点灯吗?只许主流媒体抹黑,不让网际网络出现行动党候选人的负面新闻吗?

回头想一想,我们的主流媒体,不是一有机会就捉住反对党人的缺点,弱点,丑态,大作文章。有时还替政府说话,以政府的立场来批评反对党人。还记得,萧添寿,邓亮洪,JBJ,徐顺全,主流媒体不是加油加酱的大事报道吗?主流媒体如果逮住了反对党候选人的痛脚,会不会正如一些有良知的博客一样, 只字不提。还记得谢镜丰吗?主流媒体不是也报了他的私照吗?不久前,还说他爬到桌子上,大喊大叫吗?

将心比心,这也不过是以其人之道,还治其人之身。你对人家怎样,人家也回报你。主流媒体对反对党人的伤害,可以说是更深更大。因为,在新加坡看报纸的人, 还是比看网际网络的人多。


以前因为没有网际网络,没有管道让网民可以宣泄内心的不满,现在有了这个平台,因此,就出现这种你来我往互相攻击的现象。谁是谁非,真是有理说不清。这是不是佛家说的报应,做坏事是会有报应的,只是迟或早的问题。或许,现在是时候了,以前没有网际网络这个平台,现在有了,还是年轻人的爱好。所以,才可以传的这么快,传的内容这么多。

怨怨相报何时了?期待,主流媒体不再抹黑反对党,而网民也无需借助或利用行动党的弱点加以攻击。

EBRC objectives: Stop “Out of Aljunied”, Stop SDP Breakthrough and “Negative-Asset” Ministers.

First of all, we have to congratulate the Electoral Boundaries Review Committee for creating more competitions, especially, multi-cornered competitions in the East. When making changes, EBRC aims to achieve 3 goals: To prevent “Out of Aljunied” for Workers’ Party.  This is the most important objective. To prevent Singapore Democratic Party making any breakthrough in the North and Central.   To look for a solution to retire “negative-asset” ministers or reduce PAP damages. From the reported claims from different political parties, we will expect multi-cornered contests not only in single constituencies but also in group representative constituencies. Is Prism Project Another Central Planning of the PAP?

There are 3 scenarios under the Prism Project#1 of Institute of Public Policy.  However, it looks more like the central scenario planning of the People’s Action Party. From the instructional menu of Prism Project Primer #2, participants were guided to a situation in 2022 and they have to imagine, within the Primer framework, to come out with 3 possible scenarios in Jun-Aug 2012.  2022. What a coincidence! Not long ago, PM Lee declared that he would like to hold the prime minister post for another 10 years.
