不适合今天和将来的新加坡


尚达曼提出‘相互敬重’的思想理念,刚好证明过去60年,人民行动党政府做不到,做不了‘新加坡信约’,达不到不分种族,语言,宗教,团结一致。


从早期的羞辱华校生,看低不懂英语的国人;到鼓励国人到新山养老,看病;不高兴,可以远走高飞。发展到现在职场上国人被歧视,落势群体继续被不平等对待。


尚达曼企图包装过时的理念,瞒天过海的以‘相互敬重’为口号,引起选民注意,关注他的独立思维。难怪,有人评论,尚达曼正在表演一场‘伪装的谐剧’,‘一部诡计多端的喜剧’A comedy of chicanery)


尚达曼代表着旧的成功模式,人民行动党是一个。在国际上,我们看到世界银行, 国际货币组织等,一味的要求发展中国家,学习和遵守西方世界的标准,来改革、改变本国政治、经济,社会结构,已经越来越不受欢迎。


每一个国家有自己的种族,宗教,语言,地缘政治,工业化程度,教育水平。西方的标准作业程序无法推动发展,改善人民的生活。这导致金砖国家的崛起,而金砖的概念,理念,越来越受到重视。。


在即将来临的总统竞选选举中,我们已经看到不同于尚达曼的观点。黄国松提出投资竞争的看法,他认为好的政府需要好的反对党的激励。他虽然一直都跟政府工作,但是,我们不能忽略竞争的重要性。尚达曼只字不提竞争,他只能说行动党和工人党都能在困境中走出来。缺少一个‘好’字。


吴振华以企业家的身份,代表了一个人可以通过努力,吃得起苦,再加上把握机会,待人处事,是有可能成功的。然后,取得成绩后,想到回报社会、国家。


陈钦亮追寻的是平稳,安静的生活。这是他从事保险几十年的人生经历。因此,他关心的是平民百姓的衣食住行问题。‘相互敬重’如果没有解决衣食住行,何来尊敬,尊重。世界银行,国际货币组织,真的有尊敬发展中国家吗?我们是否做到尊敬邻国?


尚达曼代表老旧的管理、治国方式。就像今天的行动党一样。他的思维只能代表四分之一的新加坡。我们需要考虑其他的候选人。如果我们单单只依靠尚达曼和行动党的思维,新加坡将无法做到‘相互敬重’,反而由于贫富悬殊,族群分裂,而失去竞争力。


一个理想的结局是把四个人的理念结合起来。我们需要有组织能力的人,管理投资的人,企业精神的人,更加不能缺少爱心,关心普通人的日常起居。难啊!难啊!但是,尚达曼那一套西方的理想主义,新加坡不缺,而且很多都在行动党里面。

    1. 我没有资格、也没有必要自以为是做尚达曼的军师 -- 不过,我知道的,是每一个人的“脑袋”,都会随着“屁股”的位置展开思维 -- 执政党如此,在野党也是如此 -- 这就是有党鞭在控制党纪 -- 预防任何一个党员做出出格和党纪背道而驰的言行。

      因此,尚达曼在根据选举法规之后退出了执政党,已经不是党员的他 -- 这时候和执政党的言行不合不符是可期的。

      这 -- 其实也是所有的不属于执政党而包括在野党的有心竞选总统的人的关键思维 -- 那就是必须有监督执政党做“好事”的价值观作为说服人民支持的主要前提。

      看看听听黄国松、吴振华和陈钦亮的言行举止,其实和尚达曼没有不同 -- 唯一的不同就是八仙过海各显神通 -- 就是怎样才能够说服选民把手中的那一张选票投给自己。

      其实,我对于“谁”来做总统一点儿也不在乎 -- 陈钦亮说的、黄国松说的和吴振华说的,其实就和尚达曼没有什么差别 -- 就是好好的做一个“人体印章” -- 在需要的时候盖印 -- 然后呢?想不要盖印,却似乎有点“难”。

      因此,包括了尚达曼在内 -- 怎么漂亮的辞藻、怎样为国为民的言词 -- 其实都是实现不了的空头支票!为什么?其实尚达曼还好一点 -- 其余的人就完全与政治格格不入 -- 因为从头到尾,他们就没有一丝儿“政治的使命感” -- 那就是报效国家服务人民的“初心”!

      说到这里,陈清木被陈钦亮和陈如斯拉下来,这才是新加坡人最大的损失。要知道,陈如斯和陈钦亮的选票绝对不会跑到陈庆炎那里 -- 然而当时陈如斯和陈钦亮不参与竞选,陈清木就窦定成为总统 -- 就算是其中一人不选,也有可能有部分选票落到了陈清木那里 -- 也就是说,如果没有陈钦亮和陈如斯这两颗子弹 -- 这十多年来,新加坡的政坛,肯定会发生了许多新鲜事。

EBRC objectives: Stop “Out of Aljunied”, Stop SDP Breakthrough and “Negative-Asset” Ministers.

First of all, we have to congratulate the Electoral Boundaries Review Committee for creating more competitions, especially, multi-cornered competitions in the East. When making changes, EBRC aims to achieve 3 goals: To prevent “Out of Aljunied” for Workers’ Party.  This is the most important objective. To prevent Singapore Democratic Party making any breakthrough in the North and Central.   To look for a solution to retire “negative-asset” ministers or reduce PAP damages. From the reported claims from different political parties, we will expect multi-cornered contests not only in single constituencies but also in group representative constituencies. The PAP hopes to have a repeat of 2011 Presidential Election. Then Tony Tan won the Presidency when he got only 35% of the votes, a narrow win.However, a win is still a win. Is Prism Project Another Central Planning of the PAP?

There are 3 scenarios under the Prism Project#1 of Institute of Public Policy.  However, it looks more like the central scenario planning of the People’s Action Party. From the instructional menu of Prism Project Primer #2, participants were guided to a situation in 2022 and they have to imagine, within the Primer framework, to come out with 3 possible scenarios in Jun-Aug 2012.  2022. What a coincidence! Not long ago, PM Lee declared that he would like to hold the prime minister post for another 10 years. The other coincidence is the similarity between the 3 scenarios and the candidates of PE2011.
