不离不弃后港情 忠诚的选民背弃忠诚的接班人


忠于正义,维护公平,忠诚于民主,人权,不畏强权,不为抹黑所动的选民,终于再次警告行动党,他们的计划,他们的所作所为是不能说服人心的。当然,行动党推出来的接班人,也就成了后港补选的牺牲品,成不了议员,接不了班了。

行动党的计划是只有‘自己人’才是接班人,这是李光耀在日本说的。他虽然没有在这次补选中说了什么,但是,他却对新加坡接班人的问题,提出了意见。

【这是谷内第一次与李光耀对谈。他对《李光耀回忆录》如数家珍,十分仰慕新加坡有一个效率高的全能政府。他在会上向李光耀讨教新加坡如何培养接班人。  李光耀回答说:新加坡政府在选接班人时十分谨慎,只有曾与政府长期工作过的人才能胜任。因为这样的人才才能够彻底了解我们的政策。作为新加坡领导人,他们不但要懂得治国,还必须有高于一般人的奉献精神,必须要肯作出牺牲。以他们的能力,是能够在其他地方获得更高薪酬的。
李光耀也谈到新加坡在培育人才方面遇到的困难:对于有潜质的人,我们会在他们十六七岁时就派他们出国深造,让这些人才能在不同国度里接触到更多的事物,体验和了解外国的制度。然后,让他们将所吸收的知识回馈国家。然而,现在我们也面对困难,那就是年轻人不想要政府的奖学金。……现在的父母有钱供孩子出国,毕业后一些就选择在美国工作,这是我们希望新一代回国服务的一个难处。”(早报 525)
朱倍庆在很多方面都符合这些条件,只是行动党人算不如选民的天算。逆天而行,当然会被人民背弃。朱倍庆是被行动党自己给打败的。他是奖学金得主,又在政府警察部门工作过,又到过外国留学,现在在有如政府的工会工作,当然了解行动党政府的体制。因此,他可以说是行动党典型的接班人如李光耀说的:新加坡政府在选接班人时十分谨慎,只有曾与政府长期工作过的人才能胜任。”,“对于有潜质的人,我们会在他们十六七岁时就派他们出国深造,让这些人才能在不同国度里接触到更多的事物,体验和了解外国的制度”。

这些条件朱倍庆都有,他甚至是双语人才,还能说方言,尤其是潮州话。

这样的人才,如果放在其他选区,肯定中选的机会很高。从素质上说,他也比一般行动党议员来得好,再加上他的的拼搏精神,也是其他行动党候选人所没有的。但是,他却在不同的场合,不同的选区,穿上不对颜色的衣服上场,当然,他的的命运也就不同了。

行动党不能再一手遮天了

行动党的这套接班人的安排,只有在一党独大,垄断一切选民思想,控制群众活动,甚至需要控制新媒体的环境下,才能顺利的完成。说白了,这些垄断,控制,已经没有办法做到了。因此,行动党的接班人计划将会面临极大的挑战。

说得更白一些,行动党的接班人计划,是一件根本没有把选民看在眼里,没有把民意放在心上。现在已经和从前大不相同,以前行动党推出的候选人,得票可以高达80%,甚至90%。李光耀的治国之道,是不需要理会民意,只要接班人选好,一切都OK了。或许,70, 80, 90年代,可以这么说,因此,从他过度到吴作栋,再到李显龙,民意怎么想是不重要的。只要接班接的好就可以了。偏偏现在的忠诚选民不是这么想。

国家的接班人计划,不是行动党说了算了,而是选民说了算了。更何况懂得政府政策,即使从头到尾都了解,却不懂民心,这样做出来的国家政策,也肯定会被人民背弃。出国留学,而不了解新加坡国情,国人的需要,只知道向外学习,不懂得向人民学习,当然,越走越远,职位越高,薪水越多,就越不懂人民的需要。这就是行动党今天的困局。

还是要比较薪金的高低

李光耀不止喜欢比较学历,素质,还更加津津乐道高薪。因此,他不忘提醒人民,这些接班人,“以他们的能力,是能够在其他地方获得更高薪酬的。”虽然,他有提到这些接班人“还必须有高于一般人的奉献精神,必须要肯作出牺牲。”

但是,他一而再再而三的不忘提醒金钱的诱惑,高薪的好处,事实上,不也说明,他是十分在意高薪的,也不忘提醒人民,这些接班人是有做出金钱的牺牲的。因此,选民要体谅,更要选这些接班人。
偏偏现在的选民在贫富距离越拉越大的情形下,听得进李光耀的牺牲高薪的道理吗?事实上,部长虽然已经减薪,人民还是不满意的。

看来,行动党忠诚的接班人离忠诚选民的标准还是有一定的距离,这才是行动党最大的挑战。而忠诚选民的挑战却是如何辨别哪一个候选人是忠于国家和人民的,不管他是不是接班人。

EBRC objectives: Stop “Out of Aljunied”, Stop SDP Breakthrough and “Negative-Asset” Ministers.

First of all, we have to congratulate the Electoral Boundaries Review Committee for creating more competitions, especially, multi-cornered competitions in the East. When making changes, EBRC aims to achieve 3 goals: To prevent “Out of Aljunied” for Workers’ Party.  This is the most important objective. Is Prism Project Another Central Planning of the PAP?

There are 3 scenarios under the Prism Project#1 of Institute of Public Policy.  However, it looks more like the central scenario planning of the People’s Action Party. From the instructional menu of Prism Project Primer #2, participants were guided to a situation in 2022 and they have to imagine, within the Primer framework, to come out with 3 possible scenarios in Jun-Aug 2012.  2022. What a coincidence! Not long ago, PM Lee declared that he would like to hold the prime minister post for another 10 years.
