第四代居然找不到替代人才。


『人民行动党政府垄断新加坡政治,打压反对党,明说不可能造就壮大在野势力。同时,制造政治冷感,营造恐怖氛围,处处让人不想参与政治。几十年的努力,不见人才增加,反而日渐凋零。』


唉!说了信任和公共危机,不能不提人民行动党也出现人才荒,人才危机。黑白屋双部长风波,让我们看到第三和第四代领导的水平差异。


住特大黑白屋的那一位,可以用说是镇山之宝,内政和律政兼任,第四代人才中,无人可以与之相比。住在小一点黑白屋的,虽然功劳比不上镇山之宝,但是,看看第四代部长,似乎也找不到一个可以和他相比, 在外交方面出一点力。


因此,想要享受黑白屋的自然环境,大大的绿地,既要有所贡献,也要效忠,然后看功劳的大小。如果不考虑黑白屋的是非道德问题,以对党的功劳来论功行赏,这两位部长替政府做了多少好事,理应获得黑白屋的优惠。


第四代,出现人才危机,用保守、迷信、传统的说法,和李光耀有关。第三代是在李光耀的眼尖下被提拔,而第四代却是滥竽充数。当然,这也代表了李显龙的眼光和说服人才的能力。


虽然表面上,李光耀肯定第四代的素质,但是,人走茶凉,日久见人才。第三代要陪太子读书,替太子档子弹,当然要选挑选可以做事的人。


第四代的人才危机,的确很严重。国防、财政也是两大难题。第四代部长中,有谁可以负责国防重任,有谁可以在香会上面对世界。而黄循财的财政资历,和上几任的财长相比,也相形见绌。


因此,有人批评,行动党没有人才,反观反对党,也同样没有人才, 也同样没有准备。那么,新加坡的未来要如何走?为何垄断政治几十年,尽然无法把人才收归己有,为行动党服务?是不是报酬和黑白屋的诱惑力不够?

EBRC objectives: Stop “Out of Aljunied”, Stop SDP Breakthrough and “Negative-Asset” Ministers.

First of all, we have to congratulate the Electoral Boundaries Review Committee for creating more competitions, especially, multi-cornered competitions in the East. When making changes, EBRC aims to achieve 3 goals: To prevent “Out of Aljunied” for Workers’ Party.  This is the most important objective. To prevent Singapore Democratic Party making any breakthrough in the North and Central.   To look for a solution to retire “negative-asset” ministers or reduce PAP damages. From the reported claims from different political parties, we will expect multi-cornered contests not only in single constituencies but also in group representative constituencies. Is Prism Project Another Central Planning of the PAP?

There are 3 scenarios under the Prism Project#1 of Institute of Public Policy.  However, it looks more like the central scenario planning of the People’s Action Party. From the instructional menu of Prism Project Primer #2, participants were guided to a situation in 2022 and they have to imagine, within the Primer framework, to come out with 3 possible scenarios in Jun-Aug 2012.  2022. What a coincidence! Not long ago, PM Lee declared that he would like to hold the prime minister post for another 10 years. The other coincidence is the similarity between the 3 scenarios and the candidates of PE2011.
