I make a 'policy shift' when I hear the debate of right politics, constructive politics and sub-standard opposition. My original aim is to discuss about “Su Dongbo, Zhang Juzheng and Singapore education system”. The discussion will end with a sub-standard PAP, in particular from the assessment of the quality of PAP potential candidates. Another policy shift is to discuss it like a play, a drama and make it more entertainment rather than a sub-standard political discussion. 他山之石，可以为错！
ReplyDelete看马来西亚，我会有两种态度。一个就是他山之石可以攻玉。可以为“错”和可以“攻玉”是相通的。“错”就是磨玉的工具。马哈迪结合在野党东山再起，结果就是那么两年，“希盟”就瓦解了。本来“希盟”取得政权后，新加坡在野党很高兴。可惜的是，新加坡的在野党不照照镜子。要知道“希盟”虽然是政治利益的结合，至少它们是“结盟”了。新加坡的在野党呢？个别政党的能力是个问题。但是，不能够“团结”更是个“大”问题。没有解决这个问题，新加坡在野党谈政治，不过是雾里看花，水中捞月，做做白日梦罢了。
这是我个人的想法。另外一个态度，就是看到马来西亚愈加“折腾”，心中就会愈加“欢喜”--如果马来西亚不这般“折腾”，凭着它们的人力物力和各种资源，还会有新加坡“立足”的地方吗？
很可惜！看来又被拐进了牛角尖。错误的把“生产力”和“生产率”混淆在一起。
Delete就像估计“马力”一样，每一个“个人”的生产力就是“1”。而估计生产力的价值，不在于这个“生产力”而在于这个“生产力”的“生产率”！
生产力与工资有什么关系呢？
这样说吧！一个南亚工人，在本国扫地一天1$。来到了马国，同样在扫地，一天50灵吉，大约11$。来到了新加坡，也是50块，是34$。去到美国，一天是70$。而来到欧盟法国德国荷兰，一天100$不是难事。
当然，这些工资数额都不太准确。我想说的是：这个工资与生产力的换算 -- 这个南亚工人不会坐了飞机出国就变成“超人”，那么同样的“生产力”，怎么来到了不同的国家酬报就“不一样”呢？
很简单，那就是这些国家都有最低工资。而所以有最低工资，就是对于该地区的最低生活水准的换算，也就是让人可以“活”下去。
所以，新加坡的烦恼不在于工资涨不涨，而是在于工资与环境的绝对关系。
但是，在新加坡我们都知道最低工资的制度行不通，以新加坡的人均GDP来说，新加坡的最低工资只会比美国多。这么一来，新加坡就完蛋了 -- 咱就画公仔画出肠，这么说吧，新加坡如果根据实况计算出真实的生产力与工资的关系，那么就没有戏了 -- 劳工成本最少增加一倍以上。
因此，新加坡人唯一的办法，就是老老实实的在就业补助上下功夫。只要是全职工作者的新加坡公民，那么政府就必须保证他/她的收入达到在新加坡生活的最低水平。
末了，还得说清楚的，是工资和生产力从来就与“人才”没有关系。
