危机来临,高薪PAP们已经准备好了,你呢?

世界金融风暴10年过去了,新加坡人民行动党政府为人民做了什么准备,又为自己的部长高官做了什么准备?低薪的10年没有实际的工资增长,而部长高官却年年收入增加,不单如此,还有丰厚的花红, 情何以堪啊!

原来如此,被骗了10年,20年,甚至50年,组屋99年后归于零就是一个鲜明的例子。领高薪的部长高官和政联公司领导们,可以轻易海外置产,或者买到999年以及永久地契的房子;而大多数的新加坡人,却做了一个没有投资回报的组屋零投资。

部长高官,政联公司领导做的事是长期投资,而一般老百姓,却勤于短期投资,能力有限,也只能投资组屋,低保。

高薪的好处很多,钱多了,在医药保健上,就会出现8元动一个心脏手术的长期投资利益。也可以买卖股票、债券、房子、高消费、高旅游,就像crazy rich一样。

一方做足准备,甚至高薪的结果是准备过头,现在,出现政治上的后遗症。另一方,却准备不足,到处钱不够用,保健不足,教育费不够,组屋首期都出现问题,同样的也出现政治上的大难题。一个准备过头,过度保护的政治困境,另一个是毫不关心,自生自灭,依靠政治蒙骗术,能骗多少就骗多少的背弃立国原则的一党独大政治手段。

PAP部长只是告诉人民,大难来临,金融风暴来临,却没有告诉人民如何应对,政府如何协助?面对物价高,总理也只能说大家要节俭,尽量减少不必要的开支。这个简单而又容易明白的道理,还需要高薪的部长和高官来指导吗?低薪人已经这么做了几十年了,还需要继续提醒吗?

家家有本难念的经,每个人,每个家庭都不一样,都会面对不同的问题,当然,也会做出不同的应对。高薪的人在这方面就站了优势,COE下跌,可以换新车,房价下跌,可以买多一间,新元坚挺,出国玩购物更加合算。高薪真好,高薪万岁,但是,那是PAP们的福气,不是大多数新加坡人的运气。


王乙康说,PAP考虑的是“长远未来的建设”但是他没有说清楚这个长远未来是建立在长期的部分人士的高薪基础上,而大多数的新加坡低薪人,却只有短期的未来,甚至,好像组屋那样,未来是一个零头。回顾过去50年,PAP是如此,“长远未来的建设”也应该如此。看明白了这点,我们要更加重视手中的一票,争取制衡和监督的权利。

缺少制衡和监督,就像纳吉政府那样,胆大包天连国家的钱也要黑。但王瑞杰以财政部财的身份说,金融危机不可避免,他到底要暗示什么?难道,新加坡也有类似的一马案件,外债少报的现象?


BBC英国广播公司在为金融风暴10周年的分析中指出,美国小孩出生减少,累积财富减少,讨厌金融市场,减少购买房子,不再轻易信任他人。新加坡的情形,是否比美国好?最少,第一,第二和第五项,我们比美国还要严重。

BBC也指出,金融风暴也产生强者越强,弱者愈弱的现象。危机让中国加速崛起,而希腊,西班牙等国家,却是停止的10年。

反映在新加坡,我们每一个人,都会在危机中遇到不同的问题和挑战。强者越强,弱者愈弱对于高薪人士,的确如此。如果从文化的基因来看,弱者如果缺少强心,那么,就只能被继续打压和边缘化。而新加坡人,在面对危机的时候,不像50年前那样,有一颗文化强心,不只是没有了强心,可以说文化迷失,那又怎样面对挑战,如何把握机会?
(想想看,中国崛起,除了经济势力外,文化强心更加是一股助力,新加坡立国初期,也是依靠一颗文化强心。)

更加不是王乙康说的“长远未来的建设” --- 一个为行动党人和PAP们专门设立的高薪规划。PAP靠的住吗?还是自己决定自己的将来?自己的未来建设?

EBRC objectives: Stop “Out of Aljunied”, Stop SDP Breakthrough and “Negative-Asset” Ministers.

First of all, we have to congratulate the Electoral Boundaries Review Committee for creating more competitions, especially, multi-cornered competitions in the East. When making changes, EBRC aims to achieve 3 goals: To prevent “Out of Aljunied” for Workers’ Party.  This is the most important objective. To prevent Singapore Democratic Party making any breakthrough in the North and Central.   To look for a solution to retire “negative-asset” ministers or reduce PAP damages. From the reported claims from different political parties, we will expect multi-cornered contests not only in single constituencies but also in group representative constituencies. Is Prism Project Another Central Planning of the PAP?

There are 3 scenarios under the Prism Project#1 of Institute of Public Policy.  However, it looks more like the central scenario planning of the People’s Action Party. From the instructional menu of Prism Project Primer #2, participants were guided to a situation in 2022 and they have to imagine, within the Primer framework, to come out with 3 possible scenarios in Jun-Aug 2012.  2022. What a coincidence! Not long ago, PM Lee declared that he would like to hold the prime minister post for another 10 years.
