For years, the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) was discussed as a simple lever for traffic management. In 2026, that narrative has finally collapsed. What we are witnessing is the convergence of global wealth, AI-driven job displacement, and an aging social compact struggling to hold back the heat of reality.

Singapore has traded "fire" for "insurance." We choose the safety of the incumbent because the alternative feels too risky in a volatile world. But insurance only works if the house is still standing. EBRC objectives: Stop “Out of Aljunied”, Stop SDP Breakthrough and “Negative-Asset” Ministers.
