牵一发而动全身，从地铁到消费税，新加坡人活得就像是一只小小鸟、画眉鸟？

唯一的期待，就是快快把地铁修好，消费税补贴多一点。。。

一节35年的旧地铁列车出事，影响东西线地铁的顺利运行。不是把出事列车拉走，就完事了。牵一发而动全身，影响的不只是几个地铁站的服务，甚至整个地铁、公交系统都受到影响。

一个环节出错，牵连出很多其他的不便，跟着会越来越多地方也出错。我们看地铁问题，看消费税，不能只看个别事件，应该看关联性，全面性；一节地铁列车出事和消费税上涨一个百分点，会牵涉、影响其他公交服务和整体物价上涨，不能单独认为是个别事件。

地铁出事，消费税调高，影响的是小小鸟和画眉鸟的生活起居。小小鸟想要飞也飞不高，不可能有车代步，甚至，连德士也不可能天天坐。画眉鸟被关在鸟笼里，想要飞也飞不了，唯一的欣慰，就是千辛万苦过长堤到新山消费。

到底有谁了解、明白小人物的心声？平凡也是一种幸福，看着名人现在忙忙碌碌，反而觉得这一刻，小小鸟和画眉鸟的活得真实、充实。

Sub-standard PAP and the Singapore education system

I make a 'policy shift' when I hear the debate of right politics, constructive politics and sub-standard opposition. EBRC objectives: Stop “Out of Aljunied”, Stop SDP Breakthrough and “Negative-Asset” Ministers.

First of all, we have to congratulate the Electoral Boundaries Review Committee for creating more competitions, especially, multi-cornered competitions in the East. When making changes, EBRC aims to achieve 3 goals: To prevent “Out of Aljunied” for Workers’ Party. This is the most important objective. To prevent Singapore Democratic Party making any breakthrough in the North and Central. To look for a solution to retire “negative-asset” ministers or reduce PAP damages. From the reported claims from different political parties, we will expect multi-cornered contests not only in single constituencies but also in group representative constituencies. The PAP hopes to have a repeat of 2011 Presidential Election. Then Tony Tan won the Presidency when he got only 35% of the votes, a narrow win.However, a win is still a win.
