  和气生财遇上军国主义， 黄循财的“计划”赶不上“变化”。 黄循财的和气生财“计划”，就是大家退一步，和和气气发财去。尤其考虑到，日本过去对东南亚的经济发展做出贡献，心存感激。 经济发展真的需要稳定，和平的环境和氛围才可以展开。而“计划”就自然而然的可以落实。但是，现实很可怕，“变化”更加令人胆战心惊。 那么，“变化”是什么？ 看看马来西亚的向东计划，对象是否改变了？ 黄循财的“计划”出来后，东南亚，世界其他地方一片安静。甚至，日本的盟友也静音，事不关己。黄循财希望得到世界的共鸣，却落了个虚名。 其实，最大的变化是，2025年的中国，已经不是1945年的中国。安理会五强的 地位，也出现巨变。 黄循财的短视是，缺少世界观 。的确，新加坡必须依附东盟生存。他提出亚细安的例子，举出数据，只能说是片面看世界。东南亚国家，也没有站出来，支持他的论述，更加不用说东南亚老一辈华人。 而且，他的 历史观也很短 ，只看到80年代以后的事情。日本没有被灭掉，是基于1945年的战胜国和战败国的协议。战胜国能做什么，战败国不能做什么，这是二战后的新程序。黄循财当然更加难想象五千年的历史。 当一个弱的战胜国，变成一个强的战胜国。 话语权就产生巨大的变化 。以前没有提到的东西，现在是一个一个拿出来，摆出来，让世界看明白。而且，这些都有战后程序、安排的影子。不能说，没有法理依据。这或许就是日本盟友不出声的原因。 黄循财看到的是短期“计划”， 而看不到世界的“变化”。二战后的世界格局，从一极走向多极，以及日本日渐式微的影响力， 这个变化，很多人不愿意看到 ，这就是“短视的计划”跟不上“长期的变化、趋势”。 那么，黄循财到底有没有底气说出和气生财的“计划”。 事实上，高票中选，已经说明一切。新加坡的民意，基本上也倾向这种短视论述。一方面可以说是务实，另一方面和PAP长期的教育，再教育有关。尤其是，年轻一代，呈现出一种无感，甚至，这么说有什么错。或许，这就是 新加坡主流政党静音 ，不想参与讨论“计划”的原因。因为这不是一道加分题？

  English educated Singaporeans in trouble or our education in trouble? Does Lawrence Wong need a new foreign adviser? From Mideast to East Asai, even in the ASEAN region, some of his views seem “stupid, idiot and illogical”.  Saying something similar to Lee Hsien Loong may not have the same outcome. Lee is the son of the senior Lee. Don’t use our limited success to judge others. Don’t use our short history, culture to imagine the world. Don’t use our English educated mindset to assess the new international order.

  Stupid and Idiot, which one is more serious? Apology. One to the minister. One from the minister.  An apology in parliament because of a stupid question with purpose?   An apology in public because of an idiot comment from a typical mindset? Some would argue stupid question is more serious because he or she may lose his or her parliamentary seat. Some would argue that an idiot's comment is more serious because a minister is talking, especially a foreign city involved. Domestic versus international.   Anyway, the analogy and mindset may have been due to the PAP’s culture, education, monopoly in parliament… No minister has resigned because of stupid or idiot but corruption.   So, whether stupid or idiot, it will not affect a minister.  Really?

  COE, HDB, GST, and the affordability of SG60. COE is certainly not an affordable item for the poor, for the struggling small businesses. There is no alternative, so far, the system is the best we can find with no further improvement. COE is fair. It is based on your affordability.  No money, no COE.  HDB is fair. No more cheap public housing. Yet, the government still claims it is affordable. Maybe to those who have big CPF savings, it is affordable. But if you are earning near to the bottom 20%, you will need grants, subsidy to get over. So, it is still affordable, overall, as the government claims.  GST has no affordable issue.
